Cold sore-friendly smoothie, greater ratio of lysine to arginine protein.
Serves one
1 cup leafy greens (kale, salad greens, frozen spinach...)
1 banana
5 frozen strawberries
1 cup coconut water
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp each chlorella, maca, acai
pinch of salt & cinnamon
Blend it up and enjoy (and pray your cold sore goes away before the weekend).
